"I'm Free" he used to shout as his catch-phrase in the series 'Are You Being Served' (now back in reruns on Belgian tv). Well, he’s free for good now, John Inman, better known as Mr Humphries is no more.Although in my opinion, the series has lost its battle against time - just like Mr Humphries now - I really like watching it, and Mr Humphries is definitely one of my favourite characters.

I don't think it has lost anything, except mr. humpries now. I still can laugh with it, the old ones are much better than the less old, but hey Merlina or A-team do not stand the test of time... 'Are you being served' does.

Ik zit mij gewoon altijd te ergeren aan die pruik van die kleine dikke mevrouw.
Voor de rest zenden ze dat altijd zo laat uit dat ik er helaas altijd bij in slaap val, net zoals bij Smack the pony, Ab Fab, Man Stroke Woman, enzoverder enzovoort.
